Entry to the giveaway is free; purchasing any product or service does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility
   - Must be at least 18 years old to enter.
   - Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

   - Open to participants worldwide! Non-U.S. residents are welcome to enter but will be responsible for covering any shipping costs and import duties associated with their prize.

2. Entry Limit
   - One entry per person unless specified otherwise.
   - Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period
   - Entries will be accepted from January 4th, 2025 to January 24th, 2025 at 11amCST”).
   - Any entries submitted before or after this timeframe will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection
   - Winner will be chosen at random by online generator.
   - Selection will occur on or around January 24th, 2025.
   - Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification
   - Winner will be notified via the email provided at entry.
   - If the winner does not respond within 72 hours or if the email bounces, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details
   - The giveaway prize is one brand-new Thunder Bolt Laser, valued at approximately $5,495.
   - No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion.

   - Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, and will be used solely to contact the winner and for marketing communications.

   - Host and Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete.
   - Host and Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it becomes corrupted or if any other issue beyond the host or sponsor’s control arises.
